Jason brings 14 years of experience across alternative investments and capital markets. He joined SkyBridge Capital in 2014 and, as Partner and Portfolio Manager, founded the firm's venture and growth equity practice in 2020, building it into an institutional-grade platform spanning sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management.

Prior experience at First Trust and Bloomberg provided deep operational knowledge of private and capital markets.

Jason holds a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.

Brent served four years as a logistician in U.S. Army Special Operations, completing multiple deployments to the Middle East in support of the Syria Train & Equip mission. Following his military service, he worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in the Global Industrials Group, where he covered Aerospace & Defense.

He has over five years of senior operating experience leading business operations at venture-backed startups.

Brent holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in International Studies from The Ohio State University.

Sharia was a founding member of J.P. Morgan's early-stage Innovation Economy practice, where she supported IPO readiness and capital markets execution for venture-backed companies and managed venture fund and limited partner relationships across the industrials and national security sectors. She also served as the practice's liaison to J.P. Morgan's Security & Resiliency Initiative. 

She has over eight years of experience working with venture-backed startups, venture funds, and family offices. 

Sharia holds a B.A. in Speech and Hearing Sciences from SUNY Buffalo, where she co-led a project implementing brain-computer interfaces with the VA for patients with ALS.
