Jason brings 12+ years of private markets expertise and a proven track record deploying over $450M in private technology deals. As former Partner and Portfolio Manager at SkyBridge Capital, he built and led a successful venture and growth equity practice, developing institutional-grade processes for sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management.

Prior experience at First Trust and Bloomberg provided deep operational knowledge of capital markets, structured transactions, and complex deal execution.

Jason holds a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College.

Brent served four years as a logistician in U.S. Army Special Operations, completing multiple deployments to the Middle East in support of the Syria Train & Equip mission. Following his military service, he worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in the Global Industrials Group, where he covered Aerospace & Defense.

He has over five years of senior operating experience leading business operations at venture-backed technology startups and has collectively raised $110M in venture capital.

Brent holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in International Studies from The Ohio State University.

Jonathan brings over seven years of private markets experience focused on business development, capital markets solutions, and sourcing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Nomi, Jonathan spent over four years at Forge Global (formerly SharesPost), where he advised institutional and high-net-worth investors on deploying capital and accessing liquidity in venture-backed private companies.

He began his career at Morgan Stanley, supporting institutional-grade portfolios and private market investment strategies for a large private wealth advisory team.

Jonathan holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College.
